• Independent practice model

• 4-day work week, regular schedule = Monday-Thursday

• Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, ~2000 cases in 2024
• Nicely varied

case mix: lots of General Surgery and Ortho, plus some ENT, Ophthalmology, ObGyn, Uro, Podiatry, etc. No heads/hearts/Peds

• Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. There are no "power struggles" here.
• Peel system Extremely competitive

compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available.

• Up to $80K+ in signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support

• Call is taken by beeper & there is additional generous call-back pay for any return to facility (1:8 rotation or better)
• Robust benefits package includes 37-42 days of PTO & CME, plus 10 days of Caregiver Leave
