MD Anesthesiologist Lifestyle Opportunity -- Kaukauna/Green Bay, Wisconsin Brief Description: Permanent Full-Time Anesthesiologist -- Total compensation package $500,000+ | No Nights or Weekends or Call | Excellent Benefits | Sign-on Bonus and Vacation negotiable Compensation

• Base Salary: $440,000 + aggressive 401(k) matching + Benefits

• Hourly $250/hour. Time and a half over 80hrs/2 weeks

• Malpractice included Schedule
• Full-time. Availability Monday--Friday 6:30am -- 4:30pm (Capped at 80hours/two weeks so longest day would be 10 hours but may have entire days off some days or partial days in 2 week period).

• No Call or Back-up call Position

• No Weekends

• No mandatory overtime Practice Details
• Split between doing own cases and Medical Direction (1:4)
• Cases: General surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, GI, Plastics, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, healthy pediatrics, rare Neurosurgery cases, rare thoracic cases
• Primarily in Surgery Center (No ASA 4, No kids under 1) with occasional assignments in Main Hospital and Ophthalmology Surgery Center

• No cardiac cases, no OB Benefits
