Clinical Model Physicians at Guide practice within a flexible collaborative model designed to support both autonomy and teamwork. Direct physician-delivered anesthesia care for complex or higher-acuity cases Collaborative CRNA supervision/medical direction when volumes require Strong ASC relationships and long-term surgical partnerships Fast-paced outpatient environment with efficient workflows Schedule & Call Monday--Friday | Primarily 7 AM -- 5 PM Multiple scheduling structures available: Two-on/two-off rotation 3-on/1-off scheduling models available Full-time primary coverage opportunities Minimal weekday late-call exposure One physician remains available until 9 PM, though call is rarely utilized Occasional Saturday during the day Optional light holiday/weekend call available for additional compensation This is designed as a long-term practice opportunity --- not a short-term locums assignment.
