Compensation & Benefits $605,000 base compensation $75,000 annual cardiac stipend, paid monthly at $6,250 $20,000 annual performance and quality bonus $125,000 signing bonus with a 24-month commitment 35-week annual commitment Variable compensation for hours worked beyond contractual shifts: $400 per hour when assigned to CV tasks $325 per hour when assigned to general OR tasks Malpractice coverage provided
