New graduate CRNAs, we've just raised the bar at CHRISTUS St. Michael in Texarkana! Our newly approved compensation package includes:

• Starting base salary of $260,000

• Sign-on incentive up to $75,000

• Premium pay opportunities + shift differentials can push first-year earnings over $330K

• Stacked evening/night/weekend pay

• All worked hours over 40 in a work week are paid at Premium rate of $200/hour.
