THE FACILITY: Required Locations: Inova Mount Vernon Hospital Inova Alexandria Hospital Inova Fairfax Hospital Inova Franconia-Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center Inova Oakville Ambulatory Surgery Center Optional Locations: University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center Practice Setting This float pool position provides coverage across a variety of hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, offering diverse clinical exposure: CASES INCLUDE: Adapt to a variety of case types and clinical environments We Offer: Base Pay: $140/hour (approx. $291,200 annually based on 40 hrs/week) Extra Shift Rate: $165/hour Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 with a 3-year commitment w/ annual forgiveness
