With over 50 physicians, Inspire Anesthesia Partners physicians have serviced San Antonio's premier hospitals and surgery centers for over two decades. With recent changes in the market, we are growing to meet the needs of our facility and surgeon partners in providing exceptional care, while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance We cover a diverse mix of cases, both inpatient and outpatient. Our busiest facilities employ a night float system, minimizing the call burden while allowing you to practice in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You can expect to work up to 45 hours per week and have three home back up calls per month. Additionally, there are opportunities for in house OB and Trauma call for additional compensation.
