A week off every month! 60 min to KC metro from our rural community on the edge of Lake Truman.

Salary: $30k sign-on bonus with service agreement. $280,000 base with call pay increasing salary to $320,000+. Retirement up to 6% of total salary. Health/Life/Vision/Dental/Disability/Pet insurance.

403B and 457 plans to further reduce tax burden. If post-call day worked- $1,000. CME $4,600 per year.

Workload: frequently out before 1-2pm. Post-call day off. Light call load/call back less than 50% of the time.

Great anesthesia support/equipment- VL in all OR's, up to date ultrasounds, etc. Autonomous setting with readily available support. Great facility and work setting.

Cases: General, orthopedic, ENT, obstetric, podiatry, ophthalmology, urology cases, etc. No cardiac, neurologic or spine cases.

Call: 1st call every 7th day and every 7th weekend. No 2nd call, but backup call is always available if help is needed.

Setting: Permanent position in rural setting with 8 CRNA and 1 MD. Autonomous. Not ACT model.

Average 30 hour workweek prior to call. Call and callback time is compensated. 95% postcall off but great pay if post-call worked or any additional work.
