CRNA Opportunity at MountainView Regional We’re currently recruiting for General OR CRNAs to join our dynamic, high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to step beyond medically directed or supervised anesthesia models and into true independent CRNA practice. At MountainView, you’ll practice at the top of your license with the support of experienced physician anesthesiologists who perform their own cases and offer peer-level consultation when needed.

You’ll also join a seasoned group of CRNAs who are committed to mentoring, teaching, and proctoring their colleagues, ensuring every team member grows in skill, confidence, and clinical versatility within a collegial, trusted environment. Choose the compensation model that fits you: W-2: $343,605 annual compensation + $25,000/year loan repayment (new grads) + call compensation. 1099: $378,804 annually based on a 44-week work year/40 hours per week + additional call compensation.
