The Spectrum Division of USAP offers anesthesiologists the opportunity to practice in several of North Texas's premier hospitals and ASCs. We provide care across Collin, Denton, and Dallas Counties --- including Plano, Richardson, McKinney, Frisco, Dallas proper, Prosper, Celina, and Flower Mound.
Our group includes 23 physicians and 12 CRNAs, and we are expanding due to continued growth. With 28 years of service, we maintain strong financial and practice stability through diverse services and long-standing exclusive facility contracts. Our payer mix and income are favorable.
We've been leaders in USAP and predecessor organizations since inception, with excellent operational integration across surrounding divisions. Our practice offers a wide range of surgical cases and ASA classifications, including Obstetrics. Regional skills are desirable but can be taught to enthusiastic teammates.
We do not perform Cardiac. The Care Team model is limited to one site --- most of our practice is solo.
