Your Role Join our collaborative anesthesia team at Salem Hospital! You'll provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties including trauma, ortho, neuro, OB/GYN, pediatrics, and cardiothoracic cases. Work alongside experienced CRNAs in a team-based model, shaping patient outcomes and helping surgical services run smoothly.

Flexible schedule with call responsibilities included. What You'll Do Deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties. Collaborate with CRNAs and surgical teams in a high-performing environment.

Manage pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care for patients. Participate in departmental call rotation (24/7 coverage). Support quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For MD or DO from an accredited program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license.

At least 500 anesthesia cases in the past 24 months. Commitment to Maintenance of Certification (MOCA) and professional development.
