• Team: 2 CRNAs + 2 Anesthesiologists o 1 MD covering OR o 1 MD dedicated to OB •

Case Mix: GI, GYN, Eyes, Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery

• Volume: 1,200 cases annually
• Regional blocks encouraged (preferred, not required)
