Southwest Iowa---independent practice---

W2 job opening. Located in Shenandoah, IA. This is a great small community located approximately 1 hour from Omaha, NE; 2 hours from Kansas City, MO. Very flexible schedule 2 weeks on/1 off.

(Current rotation is call on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday first week, second week call on Tuesday and Thursday, and 3rd week off). Starting at 290k for new grads; 300k+ for experience. Malpractice & licensing covered, one professional membership fee paid/yr, good health/vision/dental insurance, $3,000 a year for education, 17 weeks off/year, 403b with match.

Our facility also qualifies for HRSA federal rural student loan repayment program. Program must be applied for separately but has 100k max for 3 year commitment. We have had 2 of our CRNAs do this.

Facility has 3 ORs plus endo room. OB with approximately 150 deliveries/year. Ortho, general, GI, uro, gyn, ent, peds ent.

Looking for CRNAs who want to practice independently, we do regional for ortho (experience isn't necessary but must be willing to learn). We do our own cases but we are always around during the day to help each other out. We're open to new grads pending clinical experience and willingness.
