Atlantic Anesthesia Group One is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a hospital-based position in South Florida. This role offers a balanced case mix, strong compensation, and a professional, team-oriented work environment. CRNAs practice independently within a medical direction model, providing high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical services.
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases.
Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR staff.
Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Schedule
Full-time
Beeper call required
1 weekday call per week
1 in 4 weekend call rotation
Requirements
Active Florida CRNA license.
Current NBCRNA certification.
ACLS certification.
Ability to work independently.
Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
Experience. New graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in general surgery or hospital-based anesthesia is a plus
