Opportunity:
- Anesthesia Care Team model of 4 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Supervision of CRNAs 1:4.
• Diverse mix of highly complex cases General, Bariatric, Ortho/Spine, Vascular, Neuro, GYN, GI, Endo, ENT, Urology. No trauma. No Ob. No Peds.
- Average surgical cases 25/day.
- Average work week 40 hours M-F. Beeper call shared equitably amongst Physicians.
- Block proficiency required. Incentive/Benefits Package:
