26 Weeks On/26 Weeks Off Anesthesiologist opportunity with thriving anesthesia practice in Fayetteville, NC at Cape Fear Medical Center. As a part of Cape Fear Valley Health System, serving communities throughout southeastern North Carolina, the private, nonprofit healthcare system is North Carolina’s eighth-largest health network. Facilities include Betsy Johnson Hospital, Bladen County Hospital, Central Harnett Hospital, Highsmith-Rainey Specialty Hospital, and Hoke Hospital. The system also encompasses Behavioral Health Services of Cape Fear Valley, the Cape Fear Valley Rehabilitation Center, and several medical clinics and offices in the region. Annually, it serves approximately 1 million patients. Our anesthesiologists and CRNAs work in an anesthesia care team model approach. This care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Responsibilities• Case assignments: Cardiac, pediatrics, OB-GYN, general, plastics, urology, vascular
Requirements• Schedule: 26 Weeks On/26 Weeks Off. Monday - Sunday, 7pm - 7am
• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• ECFMG and FLEX
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician
New Compensation package: $650K
Sign-on Incentives (Training Assistance, or; Loan Repayment): $100K
