CRNA Opportunities -- Premier Private Plastic Surgery Center

Location: Bakersfield, CA Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Schedule: 3--4 Days Per Week Practice Overview Join a stable and professional anesthesia team at a premier, private plastic surgery facility in Bakersfield. Our group has held the anesthesia contract at this site for over 10 years, providing a secure and consistent environment for our providers. The facility features two active, board-certified surgeons and focuses on elective aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

We are currently seeking one or two part-time CRNAs to join our rotation. We are looking for reliable providers to cover 3 to 4 days per week. Compensation & Guarantee Rate: $225 per hour Guarantee: 8-hour daily minimum guarantee Structure: 1099 Independent Contractor Lifestyle: No call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays Clinical & Position Details

Case Mix: 100% Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Clinical Environment: Private, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Practice Style: This is a boutique, elective surgery environment that requires a high level of professionalism and a dedicated, patient-centered approach.

Requirements: Active California CRNA License. Proficiency in outpatient surgery center anesthesia. Excellent bedside manner suited for a high-end private practice.
