Join an all CRNA group in beautiful Southwest Utah! Cedar Anesthesia Group is hiring to replace a semi-retiring provider (less work for family time). We cover a top 20 rural hospital and two surgery centers with full scope of practice and no MD Anesthesiologist supervision.

The successful candidate will join our group of 7 CRNAs providing anesthesia to all ages of patients to include regional blocks, labor epidurals, and all types of general anesthesia. Cases include bread and butter General Surgery, URO, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Dental, Eyes, OB, and Endo with very rare trauma stabilization. No hearts or heads but we anticipate adding minimally invasive spines and lower acuity vascular in the next year.

We cover 2-3 procedure sedations each week outside of the OR. We average 60-80 Labor Epidurals / month. The ideal candidate MUST be comfortable and proficient with independent practice, healthy pediatric (mostly ENT and Dental), and Labor Epidurals. Block proficiency is desirable but can be taught if needed.

First call from home (30 min response) averages every 6th day and every 6th weekend. Back up call is similar but you are very rarely called in. Time off averages 8+ weeks per year.

The group is very collegial and has a great relationship with surgeons, OR staff, and administration, the work environment is very non-toxic. We've had the contract for over 35 years so you'll have the benefits of an established professional relationship. Partner track is 2 years, partner pay is unit based so the more you do the more you'll make.

Cedar City is a very family friendly tourist destination located within 2 hours of several national parks including Zions and Bryce Canyon. We have over 300 days of sunshine per year with mild winters, you can snow ski in the morning and play a round of golf in the afternoon along with a ton of other recreation opportunities.
