- MD to join our dynamic team administering anesthesia to pediatrics, adult and special health care needs patience. In this vital role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patient vital signs, and ensuring optimal perioperative care across a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures. Your expertise will help provide safe, effective anesthesia management tailored to each patient's unique needs. Duties Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process Monitor patient vital signs continuously during procedures, adjusting anesthesia levels as needed for optimal outcomes Conduct preoperative assessments to evaluate patient health status and develop personalized anesthesia plans Manage airway control and ventilation support during surgeries, including intubation and ventilator management Collaborate with surgical teams, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive perioperative care Provide post-anesthesia care in recovery units (PACU), managing pain control and addressing any adverse reactions or complications Skills Extensive knowledge of anesthesia techniques across diverse specialties such as cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, obstetrics/gynecology, orthopedics, and pediatrics Strong understanding of physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology relevant to anesthesiology practice Experience with airway management techniques including intubation and use of advanced airway devices Critical care experience in settings like ICU or neurocritical care enhances patient safety during complex procedures This role requires a dedicated professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering compassionate patient service.
