• Portsmouth Anesthesia Associates (PAA) is a physician-owned anesthesia practice serving Portsmouth Regional Hospital (PRH), Frisbie Memorial Hospital (FMH), New England Center for Orthopaedic Surgery (NECOS), and Coastal Eye Center. PAA is always looking to hire W-2 and 1099 CRNAs! We manage contracts directly without relying on agencies. As a CRNA at PAA, you will practice to your full ability. We bill independently (QZ), and expect our CRNAs to be comfortable managing all aspects of anesthesia care, including preoperative assessment, consent, induction, and extubation. Our group performs a large volume of regional anesthesia, and CRNAs perform all regional anesthesia techniques including neuraxial and peripheral nerve blocks. We pride ourselves on fostering a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect with our anesthesiologists who are available for consultation and assistance. Portsmouth Regional Hospital is our primary practice location -240 bed, Level II trauma center,

• All case types including ortho, neuro, vascular, EP, OB/GYN, ENT, plastics, cardiac, and a medium volume L&D service -CRNAs perform all cases except for open cardiac W-2 Compensation and

• Schedule:

• Base salary $304,000 + up to $30,000 based on years of experience -3% retirement contribution

• Additional compensation for night/holiday backup call from home (~1/6 2nd call and 1 major holiday/year)
• Base 6 weeks vacation + 1 week CME, vacation time increases with PAA tenure
