Schedule: Lincoln Park Endoscopy Center (connected to St. Joseph's Hospital): GI-focused (EGDs and colonoscopies only---no ERCPs or GETA). Typical days 7:30 a.m.--3:00 p.m. Always an anesthesiologist on-site; 50/50 care team/QZ model. 4 ORs (2--3 running daily).

Excellent morale with pleasant gastroenterologists, supportive staff, free lunch nearly every day, and frequent breakfasts. Oak Brook Surgical Center: Bread-and-butter cases including OB, podiatry, general, ortho, pain, and plastics. Primarily QZ billing with anesthesiologist in adjacent OR. 4 ORs (1--3 running daily).

Days are typically 3-7 hours, windows in the ORs for natural light, and a positive surgeon/staff environment. Chicago Institute of Plastic Surgery: you'll work alongside an experienced and collaborative surgical team, providing anesthesia care for a healthy population receiving advanced cosmetic procedures. Competitive Compensation Package: $275,000 annual salary for a true 40-hour or less week (many early finishes boost effective hourly rate). $20,000 total sign-on bonus, paid in installments: $10K upon start, $5K at 1 year, and $5K at 2 years---ensuring long-term alignment without repayment worries. $20,000 retention bonus after 3 years to reward loyalty. 6 weeks PTO/vacation with additional days off when cases are cancelled.
