Compensation: Base salary of $500,000 + significant upside opportunity

Position Highlights: Weekend-focused schedule -- Primarily Saturday morning to Monday morning (covering approximately 4 shifts per weekend), with flexibility for negotiation to best fit your lifestyle. Approximately 12 weekends off per year -- Enjoy a true work-life balance with substantial time away from the hospital. Supervision model -- You will oversee a team of three CRNAs during daytime hours.

Two cover the OR and the third covers OB. At night there is one in-house CRNA for epidurals and emergencies. You will have MD back-up.

CRNAs handle epidurals. Favorable case mix -- No cardiac, no neuro (heads), healthy pediatrics only. Primarily general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, and other routine surgical procedures.
