Columbia Anesthesia Group is looking for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to fill an upcoming vacancy on the heart team. CAG stands as a self-governed practice, comprised of 52 dedicated physicians and 11 CRNA's. Job Description: -Looking to fill one full-time cardiac anesthesiologist position Cardiac pool:

• Subspecialty team of 7 anesthesiologists serving 2 heart surgeons and a structural heart cardiology program
• 400+ pump cases annually with two dedicated cardiac operating rooms
• 100+ TAVR's annually
• 1-2 days/week doing cardiac cases (on average) always doing your own cases
• Strong community cardiac surgery program (no transplant or robotic): CABGs, AVR/MVR, Aortic surgery
• TEE certification strongly preferred
• 3-5 heart call shifts/month on average

• Decreased general call compared to non-cardiac CAG providers General pool: -Majority doing own cases with some CRNA supervision (approx. 1 in 30 and non-cardiac only) -2-year partnership track -No Buy-in -Low overnight in-house call burden (approx 1 in 30-35) -Robust mentorship program -New hires are started at ASC's right away -Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cases Healthy pediatrics, Level 2 trauma, OB anesthesia, regional anesthesia, in addition to bread-and-butter -Ortho, Neuro, GenSurg, Uro, Gyn, ENT -No transplant cases -Collaborative and collegial surgical community -Excellent relationships with our CRNA's and surgeons Compensation and
