Practice Model: --Collaborative, consultative MD/CRNA team Independent in-house General and OB CRNAs overnight --Strong leadership culture and perioperative collaboration --Excellent relationships with administration, surgeons and OR staff --Overall environment that values both technical expertise and interdisciplinary cooperation Clinical Environment: --Diverse case mix encompassing General, OB/Gyn, Vascular, Orthopedics and more --Shifts average 12-hour Monday through Friday --Weekend shifts are a standard 8-hour "anchor" role --With in-house CRNA coverage, on-call needs after 8pm are rare and only under critical circumstances This is a rewarding consultative model with highly skilled CRNAs.
