Bread and Butter, including ortho, healthy peds, podiatry, spine, pain, plastics, GI and eyes. Certification and Licenses required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CRNA, NM-CRNA/RN license, CSR, DEA. Must participate in the NM patient compensation fund.

Pay is $210-$220 per hour 1099. W2 positions also available.
