• Base Salary: $250,000 + aggressive 401k matching + Benefits
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000 (prorated bonus negotiable for shorter vesting)

- Full-time Monday--Friday with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, allowing for non-scheduled week-days off
- Predictable hours; promptly relieved at shift end
- Call participation is completely voluntary/optional and currently popular with the team

- Cases: General surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, GI, Plastics, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Neurosurgery, healthy pediatrics, and OB (call team only)
