Our group covers a small northern California community hospital. We are a mix of MDs and CRNAs with everyone doing their own cases. No supervision or medical direction.

We are looking for a friendly, independent CRNA to join our practice. We do a variety of cases including General Surgery, GI, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Gyn, Pacemakers, Cardioversions, and Minor Vascular cases. No Neuro/No Open Hearts.

Peripheral nerve blocks are a plus but not required. OB coverage is available for those interested and with recent OB experience. The monthly minimum commitment for the full-time position requires 10 Day Shifts, 5 Weeknight Calls, and 1 Weekend Call (Sat & Sun), in addition to 2 Holiday Calls per year.

Most CRNAs work more for extra income. Call is taken from home with an average of 3 hours worked per call shift. Shifts are guaranteed and scheduling is very flexible to accommodate a life outside of work.

Condensed schedules and stacked calls are available. Minimum shift requirements can be stacked consecutively to maximize your time off. Fixed rotations are also an option (1 week on/1 week off; 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, 2 weeks on/1 week off, etc.).

Per-diem position is also an option requiring availability for scheduling only 1 week per month. We have a 2-Bedroom home with pool available for commuters while covering shifts. It's located in a desirable westside neighborhood walking distance to the downtown restaurants, shops, and farmers market.
