Model: 2MD on per day CRNA 3-4 per day working independently. CRNA not supervised Hours: Mon--Fri, cases 7a--3p or until finished, 4 late 7a--5p •Call: 1--2 providers for weeknight/weekend call, 30-min response time. •Cases: General, Endo, Ortho & joint replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, Radiology w/ anesthesia, Podiatry, possible ECT, OB is required. Blocks preferred but may consider no blocks. •

EMR: EPIC

• Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

• Rates: $260/hr OT & callback $270/hr, weekday call $300 night, weekend call (24 hr Sat/Sun) $1,000 plus call back. Paid Malpractice, housing and travel.
