• Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Summary We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide high-quality perioperative anesthesia care as part of an anesthesia care team. This role involves collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and risk evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, local, and monitored anesthesia care
• Monitor patients' physiological status during procedures and respond to changes in condition
• Manage airways, including intubation and ventilation
• Provide post-anesthesia care, pain management, and patient education
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and anesthesia delivery systems
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
• Respond to emergency situations, including airway or hemodynamic instability Qualifications
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program (DNP or DNAP preferred or required, per regulations)
• Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the NBCRNA
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS (as required)
• Eligibility for state licensure and hospital credentialing Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with anesthesia equipment and monitoring systems Schedule Full-time
