Full-time CRNA position for TTUHSC/UMC Anesthesiology:


  • UMC: only Level 1 Trauma & Regional Burn Center in the west Texas area; also a High-Risk Maternal and Neonatal Facility
  • Provide anesthesia for all types of OR cases, including general, ortho, neuro, pediatric, burn, neonatal, OB, cardiac and vascular, as well as for Non-OR procedures in Cath lab, Interventional radiology, Endoscopy, MRI
  • Opportunities to perform regional, epidural, spinal, pediatric, and cardiothoracic anesthesia, based on skills and interest
  • Other skills include arterial lines, central lines, and awake fiberoptic intubations are available but not required
  • CRNA friendly teaching environment
  • Weekend OR, OB and Endoscopy day call available but not required

• Hourly incentive pay at $202 per hour, added to base salary if work beyond scheduled shift


  • Majority of holidays and all UMC holidays off, as well as weekends off
  • Call not a requirement unless incentive pay desired

• Two weeks of academic time per fiscal year provided for CEU requirements with up to $3000/yr academic allotment available for CEU, licensing, national membership dues


• Paid Vacation time, Departmental comp, Holiday Comp, and Sick leave also included - approx. five weeks; with Academic time, total seven weeks paid time off.


Malpractice insurance provided


W2 281k-350k with 40 or 50 hr week options (certain minimum requirements for 50 hr work week). Ability to make an average of $350K annually with incentive
