-$160,000 base salary -$120/hr after 8.5 hrs on any given day and also OT for over 40hrs per week -BCBS insurance -30 days PTO a year -paid life insurance premium -$1500 annual education money, plus reimbursement of AANA dues - %100 401K natch up to 3% and %50 match for 4-6% -closed MLK, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, -Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day avg around 30hrs per week -mostly bread and butter cases
