• This position is open to new graduates - Qualified candidate could earn up to $350,000

• There is a $100,000 bonus for this position and a 12-month Student Stipend if eligible

• Busy surgical schedule that includes all but transplants and pediatric hearts
• The CRNA in this position will work at the following locations: o St. Mary's Medical Center, 344-bed tertiary hospital -- Level I Trauma Center, high acuity -- new facility opened July 2023 o Essentia Health Surgery Center-Miller Hill -- 4 OR's o St. Mary's Hospital Superior, WI; 2 OR's and 2 Endo Suites (approximately 90% outpatient surgery) o Essentia Health-Duluth 165-beds, 11 ORs (approximately 80% outpatient cases o Outpatient Endoscopy Center EDUCATION
• Must be a graduate (Master's or Doctorate) of an accredited school of anesthesia. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS
• Current (or ability to obtain) licensure as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Minnesota.
• Current certification in BLS/ACLS/PALS
• Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists; and has graduated from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia and is awaiting initial certification. *Must pass certification exam within 12 months of graduation.
• Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
