North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established and growing team serving Baptist Memorial Health Care in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area. This unique opportunity offers the rare combination of a thriving cardiac practice, exceptional compensation, and a true 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, allowing you to enjoy approximately half the year off while maintaining a highly rewarding career.

Compensation & Incentives:- $600,000 Base Salary

- $100,000 Sign-On Incentive, Training Assistance or Student Loan Repayment

- Relocation Assistance Available

Schedule:

2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

Approximately 26 Working Weeks Per Year
