No Agencies! East Carolina Anesthesia Associates currently has full time opportunities available for experienced and student anesthetists at ECU Health. We offer a strong work/life balance, mainly 10 hour shifts are available with the opportunity to pick up additional call if desired.

We offer a unique scheduling system that allows shifts to be picked up or dropped. We offer a $100,000 signing bonus/stipend to students and experienced anesthetists for a 4 year commitment. We offer a $70,000 stipend/bonus for a 3 year commitment.

We offer a highly competitive, newly restructured base salary, in addition to a stellar benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K with 6% matching, in addition to other company-paid benefits.

Base salary for new graduates starts at

• $200,000 (base salary is higher for experience) Estimated Call pay (with the opportunity to earn much more)
