These full-time roles are tailored for anesthesiologists seeking predictable hours, generous pay, and the ability to build a life outside the OR. You’ll work a fixed 40-hour weekday schedule with no night shifts, no weekends, and no call—and you’ll be paid overtime for any clinical hours beyond that. For those who choose to pick up more, weekend shifts are available at premium pay rates, but never required.

Position Highlights:

• Guaranteed Daytime

Schedule: o Monday–Friday, 40-hour weeks o No call, no nights, no weekends required o Most days conclude before 5 PM

Compensation: o $500,000 base salary (

W-2) o Overtime pay for all clinical hours beyond 40/week o Optional weekend shifts available at premium rates o One extra shift/week can earn you an additional $125,000+ per year
