Mass General Brigham is seeking a Full or Part-Time Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our collegial and high-performing team at Cooley Dickinson Hospital --- a respected community hospital backed by the strength and academic collaboration of the Mass General Brigham Enterprise Anesthesiology network.

The Practice Join a close-knit team of MDs and CRNAs delivering anesthesia care across:
- 6 Operating Rooms
- Multiple Endoscopy Suites
- Obstetric Services
- Inpatient & Outpatient Procedures Case Mix Includes:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics (sports medicine, total joints, hand, & fractures)
- Plastic Surgery
- Gynecology & Urology
- Endoscopy
- Obstetrics
- ENT
- Healthy Outpatient Pediatrics
• Occasional Podiatry & CVIR No heads. No hearts. No trauma. Call Structure (Full-Time)
- 45 Weekday calls/9 total weekends per year
- First call is 24 hours (home call with ~20-minute return time as needed)
• Post-call day off (Mon--Thurs & Sunday calls)
- Second call = Anesthesiologist-in-Charge; rare callback (3--4/year)
- Equitable weekend/holiday distribution

The salary range for this position is $545,000 to $555,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
