One hospital and one surgery center approx 5 miles apart (same system). Bread and butter with ortho / spine / general / gyn / ENT (healthy peds) / endo / eyes / podiatry / MRI / TEE / ECT. No hearts / thoracic / vascular and rare heads.

Collegial, professional group founded by anesthesiologist / cRNA husband / wife team. Salaried position (targeted to AANA regional data and updated annually); OT extra pay. cRNAs take backup call FROM HOME with rare call in and first out the next day (sometimes next day OFF). Call / holidays / weekends evenly divided from day one. 7 weeks vaca + random days off when schedule allows.
