⸻ About the Practice

Our primary site is Sierra Campus, a regional referral center for adult surgical care with a mixed model of CAAs and CRNAs. Across the street is Specialty Campus, a smaller facility that operates with an all-CAA anesthesia team---offering excellent collaboration and autonomy.

⸻ Diverse Case Mix

You'll have the opportunity to develop clinical skills across multiple subspecialties, including:

• Orthopedic Surgery (including total joints)
• Robotic & Minimally Invasive General Surgery
• Neurosurgery
• Neurointerventional Procedures (elective & emergent)
• Structural & Electrophysiology Cardiology (e.g., TAVRs)
• Spine Surgery
• Urology
• Thoracic Surgery (including single lung ventilation)
• Interventional Pain Procedures
• GI Endoscopy

⸻ Schedule & Workload

• Mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour (call) shifts
• Target: 80 hours per 2-week pay period

• Overtime paid for hours beyond 80 at $163/hour

• Base Salary: $270,400 (

W-2 model with full benefits)

• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 (2-year commitment)

• Paid Time Off: 8 weeks

• CME Allowance: $1,500/year
