True Lifestyle Practice: Enjoy backup call from home (pager call) with a CRNA in-house for first call. Diverse but Manageable

Cases: "Bread & butter" General Surgery, Neuro, Healthy Peds, OB, Ophthalmology, and Orthopedics. Established Stability: We have served the Easton community for nearly 40 years. Team Environment: Join a tight-knit group of 8 Anesthesiologists and 7 CRNAs covering 2 hospitals, 4 surgery centers, and 1 eye center.

Compensation & Partnership Year 1 Salary: $475,000 W-2 Base (

Board Certified).

Sign-on Bonus: Available. Partnership Track: Clear path to Partner status with eligibility for profit-sharing upon transition. Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after one year with no vesting schedule.
