Case Mix: GS, Orto, OBGN, ENT, Plastics, CT, Neuro, Utology, EP, OMFS, Onc, Dental, Vascular, Thoracic, GI Majority of

Cases: Ortho, GS, OBGYN, ENT, Plastics, CT, Neuro, GI

Facility: Level 1 Trauma Adult, Level 2 Trauma Peds, Level 3 NICU Care Team

Model: 39 CRNA; 17 MD

Call: Required; 1 weekend every other month- Saturday and Sunday- beeper

call

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00am-3:00pm) 2 weeks/month EMR System: EPIC

Qualifications:

Active Florida License, NBCRNA ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS Pediatric experience and willing to do Pediatric cases
