• MD or DO licensure from an accredited institution and ABA board eligibility/certification required.
• Must be able to obtain an unrestricted medical license and DEA from the state of Florida prior to employment.
• Care Team Model of 11 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs

case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Peds

• Nights, 1 week on/ 2 weeks off

• 11,500+ annual surgical cases

• 13 ORs + 15 SOS
• 2 dedicated open-heart ORs
