CRNA opportunity to join a supportive care team at Crouse Health Hospital! Prefer a CRNA with OB experience. 24hr Crouse Hospital is located in Syracuse, New York Crouse Hospital offers a variety of cases and sites, centrally located within a one block radius from one another. Crouse includes the main hospital and 3 ASC’s. You will find a collegial anesthesia environment as well as supportive working relationships with the surgeons and OR staff. Excellent Anesthesia Tech support and Pre-Op Testing Center. Staff members work in a care-team model.

Responsibilities• Case assignments: General, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Robotics, Ortho, Spine, Crani’s, Thoracic, Vascular, Urology/Renal, ENT, Eyes, Plastics, Podiatry, Endo, EP/Cath Lab, Healthy Peds

• Pre-anesthesia assessment

• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent

• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient

• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition

• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements• Schedule: 24 hour CRNA position will require 73, 24-hours per year (approximately 6 days/month)

• Current license as a registered professional nurse

• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education

• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Salary: $340k
