Methodist Southwest Division is now looking for a full-time physician to join their practice. We are a close-knit group of Doctors and CRNAs looking to increase our staffing for increased sites of service. The primary hospital is Methodist Charlton and includes a few surgery centers. Start: ASAP We are a bread and butter practice in a community hospital. -We currently have 7 doctors and looking for an 8th that can fit in with the team. We have very little turnover as we support each other to provide ample time for family and other pursuits outside of work -Low stress practice -No neuro, hearts or trauma -80% doing own cases -OB handled by in house CRNAs -GS, orthopedics, urology, gyn, spine, vascular, GI, cath lab, plastics -Heavy day surgery practice -A full time position requires call, which is commensurate with other full-time physicians. Call schedule is 1 in 7-8. -Offering generous sign on bonus and willing to negotiate salary and vacation. Three year partnership track with no buy in.
