North Hills Division is now looking for a full time physician to join their practice. They are a collegial group of Doctors and CRNAs looking to increase their staffing to allow for improved coverage of their sites of service, which include several newly opened surgery centers. The primary facilities hospitals are Medical City North Hills and Medical City Alliance, with adjacent surgery centers. Case load includes:

• Orthopedics -- with a new Mako Robotics total joint program started in August 2024. Heavy Regional Anesthesia
• General surgeries
• GYN
• Urology
• GI and other basic procedures
• OB -- one primary hospital, with an average of 120 deliveries/month
• Peds -- Healthy dental & ENT

OB and Peds are optional if comfortable in those areas. No Neuro, no hearts, no trauma. A full time position requires call, which is commensurate with other full time physicians. Call schedule is roughly 1 in 5, but is flexible and can be discussed.

Compensation - $500k+ 8 weeks vacation for full time physician. Generous Sign-on bonus.
