What You'll Do
- Provide anesthesia care for orthopedic surgeries in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthesia plans as needed
- Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and recovery
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to best practices and safety protocols
- Place primary regional anesthesia blocks and SAB
What We're Looking For
Certified CRNA with an active license in Indiana (or ability to obtain one)
Experience or interest in orthopedic and regional anesthesia is a plus
Strong clinical skills with regional experience or willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, surgical setting

Compensation
1. $297,000 annual salary
2. Based on approximately 2080 hours per year
- Shifts available 8,10,12 hours as the staffing model allows
- (5) 8-hour shifts
- (4) 10-hour shifts
- (3) 12 hours shift and (1) 4-hour shift or (2) 12 hour shifts and (2) 8 hour shifts
3. $175/hour paid after 10 hours in a single work day or 40 hours in a workweek
4. 7 weeks vacation utilizing ONE's reporting system
5. 5 personal days utilizing ONE's reporting system
6. $1700/ day for add-on Saturdays as offered by the OR
7. $30k tuition reimbursement or sign on bonus
8. Up to $10k reimbursable moving expenses
9. No call and no scheduled weekends
