Pediatric Anesthesia Associates (PAA) in Louisville, KY is a physician owned private practice group, and we have been the sole anesthesia providers for Norton Children's Hospital for more than 30 years. Our group consists of 13 physicians, 15 crnas, nurse practitioners, and trainees. PAA provides approximately 20,000 anesthetics a year at three different peds only anesthetizing locations- including an American College of Surgeons verified level 1 trauma hospital. We offer a very competitive compensation package with $125,000 sign on bonus, one year track to partnership (no additional buy-in), and partner profit sharing with matched 401K and cash balance pension plan. We also provide moving stipend and generous CME reimbursement. Partners take on average 10 weeks of vacation per year. Our group's success is due in large part to the incredible social support we offer each other and the mentorship we provide newly graduated physicians.
