Position Highlights:

• Flexible Schedule & Protected Call Structure:

o Up to 5 in-house calls/month via a peel structure

o Overnight burden often reduced due to full-time nocturnist coverage

o Daytime shifts and case assignments built to support long-term sustainability

• Exceptional Compensation Package:

o Base salary: $600,000

o High additional earning potential -- One extra shift per week can add $180,000--$200,000+ annually

o 8 weeks of paid vacation

o $4,000 annual CME allowance

o Full coverage of licensure, DEA, and credentialing fees

o Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and malpractice with tail

o Generous sign-on bonus

o Cardiac anesthesiology is covered by a separate, dedicated cardiac team

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O.; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for unrestricted medical license in New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of supervising CRNAs and providing comprehensive general anesthesia care
• Interest in a supportive, high-performance environment
