  • Base salary starts at $243,500 for New Graduates.
  • Experienced CRNA salary is based on years of experience.
  • CRNAs (in good standing) receive annual pay increases to base pay.
  • Supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,000.00, (requires a 3-year agreement).
  • Student Advanced Sign-On Bonus of $1500/month up to $30,000 (requires a 3-year agreement).
  • Annual Call Bonus $15,000 paid yearly.
  • CRNAs are not contracted.
  • No non-compete.

  • 2nd Call is rarely called in overnight.
