  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule, split between in-clinic visits and fluoroscopy-guided procedures
  • Join a busy, established team of 3 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
  • Located on the second floor of a newly constructed orthopedic center adjacent to the hospital
  • Collaborative, team-based environment focused on treating the whole person-not just the pain
  • Call requirement: 10 days per month Scope of Services Candidates should be experienced and comfortable with:
  • Chronic back, neck, and joint pain management
  • Cancer pain management
  • Opioid and non-opioid pain treatment
  • Ketamine infusions
  • Spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator implantation and management
  • Intrathecal pump implantation and management (including dye studies)
  • Neurolytic blocks
  • Lumbar discography
  • Radiofrequency ablation, including cooled techniques
  • Sympathetic blocks
  • Spinal injections and epidural blood patch
  • Rib blocks and continuous epidural placement
  • Joint and soft tissue injections
