Practice Overview

Join a small, collegial group of five anesthesiologists with nearly 30 years of history in Las Vegas. This is a true lifestyle private practice---efficient, lucrative, and offering partnership on day one. Several partners are preparing to slow down/retire, creating a rare opportunity to step directly into ownership with full transparency and no buy-in.

Case Mix

Bread-and-butter outpatient cases:

• Orthopedic (including spine fusions, cervical/lumbar)
• ENT (sinus surgery and thyroid)
• Plastics/cosmetic
• Fertility egg retrievals / Tese
• No thoracic spine, cardiac, OB, trauma, or emergency ER call

Work is performed primarily at local surgery centers, select surgeon office-based practices, and three Westside hospitals

Occasional travel between facilities on the same day, though scheduling is organized to minimize this

Schedule & Call

• Typical day: 7:00 AM -- early/mid-afternoon
• No routine night call
• Extremely rare "return to OR" coverage: fewer than 5 times per year, with zero overnight calls in recent years
• Partners enjoy at least 6 weeks of vacation annually

Employment & Financial Structure

• Partnership from day one --- no buy-in, no revenue withheld by existing partners
• Fee-for-service model: you control your billing and accounts (local billing service in place with strong contracts, above market percentile rates)
• Revenue per hour exceeds most employed positions, with fewer total hours worked
• Full / equal access to scheduling from the start.Cases assigned in rule based manner to equalize cases across all partners over time.
• No CRNAs or AAs---all cases personally performed
